Do I really need a One Year Warranty Inspection?Builder's Warranty Inspections explained: When you purchased your new home, your builder provided you with a one year warranty covering most features of the home. He may have told you that an independent inspection is not needed since his inspector and the city inspector already checked the home. After performing many new home inspections I can tell you that you would be wise to get your new home inspected.
