Do I really need a One Year Warranty Inspection?Builder's Warranty Inspections explained: When you purchased your new home, your builder provided you with a one year warranty covering most features of the home. He may have told you that an independent inspection is not needed since his inspector and the city inspector already checked the home. After performing many new home inspections I can tell you that you would be wise to get your new home inspected. I have yet to do a new home inspection where I did not find enough items missed by the builder and city inspector to cover two times the cost of our inspection, along with numerous safety issues. Just click on the Show and Tell link to the left and look at the New Home Hall of Shame photos. These are only a few of the homes inspected by Safe and Sound Inspections. How Does a New Home Warranty Inspection Pay for Itself?
Safe and Sound Inspections owner/inspector Eric Laney will come to your home
and spend two to three hours evaluating the home from the foundation to the
rooftop. We will be looking for building code violations as well as
inspecting the installed systems and components of the home to make sure
they are operating properly. We will also look for safety hazards in and
around the home that are potentially dangerous to you and your family. Call us today to schedule your
one year warranty
inspection.
